Haidée Swanepoel, founder of HS Business Solutions, brings over 19 years of professional experience to her role.

She holds an MBA specialising in Innovation and Change Management and a Master’s in Development Finance. Currently pursuing a PhD in Development Finance, Haidée is committed to continuous learning.

As a Chartered Development Finance Analyst, she leverages her expertise to guide clients towards sustainable growth, establishing HS Business Solutions as a trusted partner in navigating complex business challenges.

As a Chartered Business Administrator, Nicolene brings six years of experience in development economics and enterprise development. Her analytical skills, creative flair in visualisation design, and passion for SMME growth make her an invaluable team asset.

Panashe Maningi

Panashe Maningi is an Economist with seven years of research experience, specialising in various economic fields. She holds a BCom, BCom Honours, and Masters in Economic Science and is pursuing a PhD in Public Economics. Panashe's strong analytical and communication skills facilitate high-level stakeholder engagements. She co-founded an organisation promoting economic information access and nurturing emerging economists, driven by her passion for sustainable development and addressing global poverty and inequality.

Thando Mangena

Thando Mangena is our dynamic Public Administration Consultant at HS Business Solutions. He holds a BAdmin from the University of the Western Cape and is pursuing Honours in Public Management and Development at Stellenbosch University. Certified by the South African Association on Public Administration and Management, Thando combines academic knowledge with strong stakeholder engagement skills. His public policy and administration expertise enables him to navigate public sector complexities effectively, driving positive change and achieving strategic objectives.

Sean O'Neill

Sean O'Neill has extensive public administration experience, having developed and reviewed performance management documentation for local government IDP and Performance & Risk Management departments. He has advised on Municipal Staff Regulations of 2022, focusing on Key Performance Areas and Indicators with SMART targets. Sean has supported various municipal committees, including Public Accounts and Performance Evaluation. His expertise extends to stakeholder engagement, mentorship, and facilitating workshops and public participation meetings.

Mhleli Khomo is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, holding degrees in Law and Social Science from Rhodes University.
